Guru Purnima
Guru Purnima celebrated to gain the grace of gurus. in this day many sages have enlightened themself. Traditionally it is Vyasa Purnima, a day on which sage Veda Vyasa is born and also a day on which he divided the Vedas. Guru Purnima is a day where gurus are ready to share their wisdom with the people who are ready to come out of their ignorance. Traditionally It is celebrated on the full moon day in the month of Ashada (the first full moon day after the summer). It is the brightest full moon night of the year. Every Purnima has significant energy with it but this particular one is more important as it is the longest full moon day where our spiritual gurus did not want to miss that energy for spiritual wellbeing. Many enlightened masters make use of this energy. Guru Purnima is an important time for grace from a guru. Grace will make a human being experience himself to another dimension of existence, capability, and possibility. One who is in the spiritual path, Guru Poornima is the biggest day in the year to receive the guru’s grace. Guru Purnima is basically the festival of the ‘seekers’ of divine, wisdom, and spirituality.
