Jalanethi
Jala means “water” and Neti means “purification”. Purifying the nasal passage with salt water makes breathing easier by helping air enter through the lungs. This process will clear the mucus and dirt which easily builds up during the day. This process is simple but very effective.

Jala Neti is one of the kriyas in Hatha Yoga which affects the metaphysical level. It is not just pouring the water from the nasal cavity, in terms of spirituality it is the flow of energy. By doing this kriya regularly, our Ajna Chakra will be activated. So many yogis and gurus have used this kriya to improve their concentration and meditation.
