Vikasa
Vikasa is a progressive state of existence. In this evolutionary process human beings have expanded physically but are lagging behind at the conscious level. People are nowadays leading a mean life with hatred, jealousy among themselves, without having clarity in life . Though physically we have achieved all the comforts.though We are physically developed but are lagging behind mentally and emotionally. Nowadays people do not know how to treat others, how to control their emotions. To experience and understand all these, "VIKASA" program is a need of the time. If we get inspired from any of the person and want to be like them, it is not easily possible. It is possible only through transformation. Transformative thoughts, and experiences are needed.

Transformative stages of vikasa are : Insight, yoga and kriya
Insight : If opinion changes then insight changes.
Yoga : Yoga is a union of body and mind
Kriya : Uniting Physical energy, mental energy and subtle energy together creates positivity. Positivity occurs when understanding and experience happens at the same time.
Physical dimension means bodily fitness, food pattern, sleeping pattern, working pattern, activity pattern. Mental dimension includes thinking pattern, emotional pattern, imagination pattern, intelligence, responding. Subtler dimension means undefined energy.
For example: In the physical dimension if a person is very brilliant and is not conscious of the food he is consuming then his energy level goes down and his intelligence will not work. That is why vikasa. When positivity exists, potential increases. Yoga is not a superstition, it is a science,. It is a culture and not an act of any religion. Yoga was initiated by the sages of ancient India.
Maharshi Patanjali refers yoga in his work of Paatanjala yoga sutras as
“yogaha chitta-vritti-nirodhaha”
Which means yoga is that which controls the activities of mind. In this journey to control the activities of mind there are Ashtanga yogas like yama, niyama, asana that works on the physical dimension. Next is Pranayama which acts like a bridge to move from physical dimension to subtler dimension. Subtler dimensions includes pratyahara, Dharana, Dyana and Samadhi.
