Kids yoga is more important to know the significant self-energy and construct their life upon it because every human wants to earn money by becoming a high paid job after he realizes that job is not his cup of tea he loses the interest and become passive work and lead to depression and all the bad habits will come. It’s more important that the children attain the consciousness to choose the life they want. Yoga includes a set of postures that brings harmony between body and mind. At any point in time, characteristics of the mind can be described by its memory, genetic conditions, emotions, compulsive actions, and unwillingness to accept new changes. Yoga transforms both body and mind making it more flexible and increases awareness

Today’s children spend most of their time shunting between homework and school-related extracurricular activities. Nowadays there is very little time for free play and that time also most of them are spending with the electronic devices which kills their creativity and thinking power. So, they are facing overstimulation, distractions, academic and peer pressure too early in life. Children are troubling with their own insecurities and fears.
