Refunds and Cancellation
Refund of Programs
Cancellation and Refund Policy for Programs conducted by Shoonya Foundation:
- 80% refund up to 1 days before start date of class. No refunds thereafter. Please contact the in charge of the program within the time window to request for a refund request and certain programs do not allow a refund.
- Refunds made for offline payments like cash will be made only through NEFT. Please allow up to 4 weeks for refund processing. (National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT) is a convenient and effective source which has allowed individuals, firms or corporate having accounts with a particular bank branch to transport money over the internet. The NEFT scheme is processed quickly without waiting for days unlike the traditional banking transactions.)
- It is quite interesting to know that, there is specifically no minimum or maximum limit on the amount of funds which can be transferred using NEFT. Hence, this fund transfer system has gained popularity among the modern Indian population who are actively utilizing the online banking service to good use.
- No refunds will be made for any of Shoonya programs.
Missed Classes:
- Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or credits for missed classes due to the pre-arranged scheduling and resource allocation.
Processing Time: - Refunds will be processed within 5 weeks of the cancellation request. The refund will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise requested and agreed upon.
Special Circumstances: - We understand that extraordinary circumstances may affect your ability to attend the program as planned. We encourage you to reach out to us directly to discuss your situation. Decisions regarding exceptions to this policy will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Re-Registration Policy for Yoga and other Programs:
- It may be possible to re-register for the same program at a later date if you are unable to attend the program you are registering for. A 15% re-registration fee is applicable.
- No re-registration is applicable for shoonya programs. Re-registration will also not be applicable if the program is not scheduled in the six month period.
Refund policy for online donations & magazine subscriptions:
- Donations and Subscriptions made online will not be refunded under any circumstances whatsoever
Vikasa Programs
- There will be no refunds for this program. This program can be completed at your own pace. This online program may be completed anytime within specified days from date of payment. Access to the program will expires after specified days.
- To participate in advanced programs which require a “Vikasa” Program pre-requisite, you will need to complete the “Vikasa” program in addition to the online program.
Force Majeure
- In case of any programs or events canceled due to an act of God such as flood, war, strike or demonstration, epidemic, pandemic, emergency declared by governments, riots, infrastructure issue or failure or damage, casualty, accidents or any other causes for which Shoonya Foundation has to delay or postpone or cancel the programs or events, Shoonya Foundation will not be responsible for any damages or lossed to the trainees or participants.
